Terms & Conditions

1. Payment Policy: All payments must be made in advance, prior to the start of the lesson.  

2. Cancellation Notice: A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for lesson cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in a charge for the missed lesson.  

3. Vehicle Breakdown: While the instructor cannot be held liable for lesson cancellations due to mechanical issues, every effort will be made to provide a replacement vehicle as quickly as possible.  

4. Equal Opportunity: The instructor is committed to an equal opportunity policy and will not discriminate based on race, colour, creed, gender, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.  

5. Block Booking Policy: Any block booking that is not completed within six months of the initial payment may be forfeited.
